Lauren Richards, an oncology social worker/counselor at Athens Regional Hospital, has agreed to come and provide a session for NOHS students that will be facing this holiday season without a loved one. She is an excellent resource for our students and can provide them with techniques and suggestions for how they can deal with this holiday season. Please contact cconley@oconeeschools.org if your student is interested in participating in this group. This will be a one time session that will be coordinated during the school day at NOHS.
