UGA is proud to announce its second annual Science and Mathematics Summer Academy. Several North Oconee Students participated last summer and cited this to be a "very worth-while experience." Infact, many of them are electing to go back this year for the second installment of this summer program. This three week program will take place June 7-25th, 8:30-noon. It is open to rising JUNIORS and SENIORS. Applicants will engage in a variety of mathematics and science activities facilitated by UGA faculty, learn about careers in mathematics and science, and practice leading small group activities with children. This program is free of charge. Applications can be down-loaded below and are due March 31, 2010.
