If so, we want to recognize you at Senior Honors Night on May 11 at 6 pm. We need you to help us honor you, however. About four weeks ago we mailed several items to your home. One of those items was a yellow "Scholarship Information" form. If you cannot find this form, you can print one off, fill it out, and send it in with your senior by the end of the day on Wednesday, May 5th. This is the only sure-fire way that we know about and can remember your scholarship accomplishment. Due to invitations and certificate printing requirements, we cannot accept these after Wednesday, May 5th.
