FUTURES- A Women's Visitation Program at GA Tech

North Oconee is invited to nominate six 10th and 11th grade female students to the 2010 FUTURES Program.  This program will expose young women to career options in math/science related careers.  It will also allow female students to see firsthand what an education at Georgia Tech is all about.  It is a one day event on February 7, 2011.  Female students who want to be one of the six nominees should email Mike Kulp at mkulp@oconeeschools.org by October 29th.  Because Georgia Tech is a highly competitive college, they are looking for the strongest nominees.  The top six females who respond of their interest with the highest, weighted GPAs will be North Oconee's nominees. To learn more about this program, go to www.admission.gatech.edu/campus_visits/futures.
