Teen Volunteer Program at Athens Regional Medical Center

Athens Regional Medical Center's Volunteer Services Department is now accepting inquiries concerning their Teen Volunteer Program for the summer of 2011. Teens (boys or girls) who are ages 15-17 (by June 1st), hold a grade point average of a B or higher, maintain high standards of behavior, and are sincerely interested in helping others will be considered. For more information, interested students may call Ms. Lynda Jones, Volunteer Services Manager, at 706-475-3405. Students should leave a detailed message including their name, address, phone number, age, name of school, and grade level. Interviews will be conducted in March and April, however, inquiries should be made early; last year's program filled quite quickly and every year there is a waiting list.

This is a great opportunity for students who are interested in any area of Medicine and Health Care, so act now!
