PSAT for Juniors
To date, only 27 juniors have registered for the PSAT. This is a disturbing development, because it is important that every student who plans on going to college to take the PSAT. This test is a great way to practice for the SAT, which is one of the possible tests that colleges will require for admissions. The other is the ACT, which we are also offering a practice format of called the PLAN. Each test is $16 for juniors. Wednesday is the last day to register for the test. Juniors who are not testing will be in a study hall during the first two blocks of class on Wednesday, Oct. 17th. A better use of their time is taking the PSAT! If there is a financial hardship, the student need only to let their counselor know, and the student will be allowed to test.
