The December SAT test date is right around the corner, and Lauren Jones will be holding another 6-hour MATH SAT Prep Workshop consisting of two (2) three-hour sessions to help you prepare for the test by learning strategies specific to the SAT. Come learn the tricks and give yourself the greatest opportunity to score well! Once we learn the strategies, we will practice them while reviewing and refreshing key math topics that will be covered on the test. This class has had great success in the past and many students increase their initial math score by an average of 150 points.
She is also offering one-on-one tutoring sessions for $40/hour (SAT/ACT Prep or any math through Precalculus/Math 4). For those unable to attend the workshop, she is generally able to cover the SAT Prep material from the 6-hour group workshop in 4 one-on-one hours. This is certainly flexible and can be adapted to your specific needs. This is ideal for those that cannot attend every session of the workshop due to scheduling conflicts, or would benefit from the one-on-one help, but space is limited.
This workshop is in preparation for the December test date, but you are welcomed to join even if you are not registered for the test. The next workshop will be held in January. More details on that workshop to follow.
