I am writing you because Peach State Federal Credit Union has designated $2,500 to the Dr. John Jackson Scholarship, but we have not received an application for an Oconee County School System student. The deadline for the scholarship was March 22nd . I am send this email as a plea to NOT leave any money in the pot for student advancement.
If possible, would you please reach out to your high school seniors to apply for this scholarship ASAP. I am collecting application, so they can be mailed/emaileddirectly to me or I can pick them up. I need the application(s) in my hand no later than April 24th, as they will need to be prepared in order to be reviewed by a panel. I have attached a copy of the application.
