Good afternoon,
I am the program manager for the Culinary Apprenticeship Certificate Program at Kennesaw State University’s College of Professional and Continuing Education. We feel that we have a quality program that is provides a different approach to teaching the Culinary Arts and is an alternative to higher priced degree programs, and we would like to bring an awareness of our program to high school students. Our hope is that we may establish a relationship with high school counselors and CTAE Culinary Arts instructors for the purpose of sending them information about our program, setting up speaking engagements, attending Career Expos, etc. Therefore, I am asking if possible, that you could send me contact information for counselors and teachers. I have attached a copy of our syllabus and a brochure for you to review. Additionally, I would be glad to speak to you about the program.
