Governor's Honors Program (GHP)

The selection process has begun for the Governor's Honors Program.

The Georgia Governor's Honors Program (GHP) is a four-week, summer residential program designed to provide intellectually gifted and artistically talented high school students challenging and enriching educational opportunities not usually available during the regular school year.

Current sophomores and juniors are eligible for participation and students can self-nominate to compete for GHP slots. There will be an information meeting for students on Friday, September 20th at 7:45 in the Professional Learning Center. Any student interested in participating in the Governor's Honors Program should plan on attending this meeting. This meeting is mandatory. If students need more information regarding the program, they should consult their counselor.
