We are excited to sit down with each student who is a part of the Class of 2018! These meetings cover a ton of information and are a great way for us to talk about:
- graduation requirements and current progress
- HOPE/Zell Miller, along with other Scholarship opportunities
- Financial Aid
- Transcripts
- Letters of Recommendation
- How to Apply to College/Workforce/Military
We believe it's important for parents, if possible, to be a part of these meetings as it's a great way to learn about next steps for your student and what's to come.
This year, with the addition of our two new counselors, we want to make sure that we are getting to know your student well in the short time that we have. When your student makes an appointment, there is a Senior Activity Sheet that they will fill out, which will give us a better idea of who they are, where their interests lie, and what their goals are post-high school.
