In our current environment, computer science is used in every day life. We want our students to be knowledgeable of a multitude of areas and to be prepared for their future goals. Since CS has an impact on ALL majors, we want to promote opportunities for our students to explore and engage in learning more about CS and how it can shape their aspirations. Computer Science does not consist of coding skills alone. We want our students to embrace the growth mindset that can come along with computer science. Thinking through problems to find solutions and not giving up when you fail are key concepts that students learn in CS that can transfer into a great life skill.
