Vanderbilt University if offering a great opportunity for students to experience Vandy in an atypical fashion! If you are a student that falls into one of the following categories, you could be considered for this program:
Students who will be first-generational college matriculants
Students participating in free or reduced lunch programs
Students receiving significant financial aid or need-based scholarships
Students that meet any of the criteria above could be selected to attend the "Vandy For A Day" program. If you are selected to attend this program, you could attend a selective college admissions advisement session (not just regarding Vandy but highly selective schools in general will be discussed), detailed information will be given regarding the need-based financial aid packages, and the day will include the excitement of cheering on the Vanderbilt Commodores as they take on the Kentucky Wildcats on Saturday, November 16th.
