The scholarship season for the Athens Area Human Relations Council, Inc. (AAHRC) is now open. Applications are open to all high-school seniors in Clarke, Oglethorpe, Madison, and Oconee Counties and will be accepted from now until Saturday, October 9, 2021. A completed application will consist of the following items:
- 2021/2022 AAHRC Scholarship Application
- Essay
- 2 Recommendations
- Transcript
A detailed description of requirements can be found on the application itself. Please note that the AAHRC will not accept any applications or supplemental materials by postal mail this year. All documents must be submitted via email to scholarships@humanrelationscouncil.org. Attached is a copy of the application, the recommendation form, and a transcript release request form in both pdf and Microsoft Word formats. Feel free to distribute as you see fit.
