The May AND June SAT test dates are right around the corner and Lauren Jones will be holding another 6-hour MATH SAT Prep Workshop consisting of three (3) two-hour sessions to help you prepare for the test by learning strategies specific to the SAT. Come learn the tricks and give yourself the greatest opportunity to score well! Once you learn the strategies, you will practice them while reviewing and refreshing key math topics that will be covered on the test. This class has had great success in the past and many students increase their initial math score by an average of 150 points. There will only be this one session for the two test dates! There will NOT be a separate workshop in May.
She also offers one-on-one tutoring sessions for $35/hour (SAT Prep or any math through Precalculus/Math 4). With the average student, she is able to cover the SAT Prep material from the 6-hour group workshop in 4 one-on-one hours. This is certainly flexible and can be adapted to your specific needs. This is ideal for those that cannot attend every session of the workshop due to scheduling conflicts, or would benefit from the one-on-one help. Summer tutoring is also available.
