Volunteer Opportunity

NOHS would like to offer a new volunteer opportunity to our students.  The local chapter of the American Cancer Society would like to establish a junior board.  Joining this organization would allow our students the opportunity to develop and fine tune their leadership skills while aiding in the fight against cancer.  What a resume and character builder!  Working to establish a new school club is a major endeavor.  Being a part of a new club provides colleges with proof that you are a leader willing to think outside of the box and create new organizations within your community.  If your student is interested in learning more about this new opportunity, please plan to attend a meeting in the guidance office on the 12th of February at 3:30.
