Registration Season Is Officially Open

9th, 10th and 11th grade students will be registering for 2014-15 classes this month. You should have received information from your student last week that detailed the layers of help that are in place to aid you and your student in these difficult decisions. "Roll Back" is the first important layer. This is where your first and second semester teachers will make recommendations for courses during the school day. Your student will bring these home for your viewing before they are put into the computer. The next important component is the Curriculum Night. Make sure to attend the Curriculum Night on the 25th of Feb. This one evening will allow you to meet with your student's teachers to discuss their recommendations. It will also allow you to learn about elective options and AP courses. This is a very important event in this process. It will more than certainly help answer everything that will be necessary to make good decisions. Please do not miss this event.
Last, there is a registration website that has a ton of useful information to guide you through this. It is easily found on the NOHS web page. You can also copy and paste the link below into your browser.

Throughout the registration process, many questions can be answered by consulting the website and coming to Curriculum Night, thus circumventing the need to wait on a response from your caring, yet very busy, counselor.
Thank you for your efforts in making good course selections.
