Work Based Learning- What You Need To Know!

The Work-Based Learning program offers students an opportunity to gain occupational skills in the real-world to enhance their academic and future career goals.  This valuable experience will better equip students to meet the competitive challenges as they move into the workplace and/or continue their education at the post-secondary level.  Students must have completed related course work and maintain good attendance, GPA, and discipline record.  The deadline to apply is February 15th.  Students need to contact Mrs. Frutiger (afrutiger@oconeeschools.org) or Mrs. Taylor(gtaylor@oconeeschools.org), if interested.

The WBL application process involves:  
  1. Pre-qualification form 
  2. Application 
  3. Teacher Recommendations
  4. Interview with WBL Coordinator
