Are you a female that is interested in math, science, and engineering?

The Society of Women Engineers at Georgia Tech is pleased to be hosting an engineering outreach program,targeted for females grades 9-12 who are interested in math, science, or engineering.

The program will be offered:
Saturday, December 1,2012 from 9 am-2:30 pm
at the Georgia Tech Bill Moore Student Success Center.

Space is limited to 150 girls on a first-come, first-serve basis, so register early!
There will be a parent's information program offered in the morning free of charge for parents with children attending the event. No ticket required for parents.

Additional details will be provided the week of the event.




Through the program, high school girls will be:
  • Introduced to various engineering majors and career options
  • Encouraged to pursue an interest in math, science and engineering through hands-on experiences
  • Provided with the opportunity to meet one-on-one with current female engineering students
Tentative activities will include:
  • Hands-on projects and activities
  • Campus Tour (weather dependent)
  • Georgia Tech Student question & answer panel
  • and MORE!
