We will have an VERY IMPORTANT meeting on how your student can earn college credit in high school. This is wildly popular with student and parents, and comes with some great benefits and complications that you will need to know about. This meeting will be this Thursday, January 14th at 6 pm in the auditorium. If you plan on considering Move On When Ready, you gotta make every effort to be at this meeting.
IMPORTANT HEADS-UP!!!
To be eligible for MOWR, students must have a valid SAT or ACT score for UNG, UGA, Piedmont and sometimes Athens Tech. January 23rd is the last administration of the Old SAT. January 8th is the last day to register for this test. This is the last SAT that will be useful for the MOWR program this year. Register for this test if you want to take the SAT to get in to the MOWR program. The ACT is fine for any test. It is not changing.
