Clone Me, Please!

Ever wish that you could be in two places at one time?  Boy, that is how we, in the Guidance Office, feel every year around registration time.  It seems like a lot of folks will want to meet to discuss classes for the 2016-17 school year.  This places us in a tough situation where we don't have enough hours in the day to handle the high demand from students and parents to meet individually to talk about these issues.

Fortunately, we have put into place some great group opportunities that will guide and direct your important decisions.  We will hold grade level registration meetings where the guidance counselors will talk to the students about the process.  We will also hold a Curriculum Fair event where students can come and learn about AP and elective options AND to be able to talk with teachers about recommendations for academic course recommendations. Last, we will be available in the Cafeteria during lunch for students to ask us questions on February 22, 23, 24 right before we enter class choices on the 25th.

By using these events to help gain the insights that a one on one meting could provide you, you will be helping this office maximize our abilities to serve all students.  With that said, there will be times where you have questions that are specific in nature.  Please feel free to email your guidance counselor with your specific questions.
