High School Females That Are Interested In Computer Science

The National Center For Women In Technology is a national non-profit organization that seeks to increase the opportunities and meaningful participation of girls and women in computing and programming.

There are several scholarships and opportunities that our female students can capitalize on through this program.  We currently have a senior that has been a part of this organization for some time.  It has been a great resource for her as she has progressed through high school and provided her with connections to other students with similar interests.

Below is a link for a scholarship opportunity for a computing award.  If you are a female in the 9th-12th grade, involved in robotics, enrolled or completed AP Computer Science, or involved in computing in some way, this might be a great scholarship for you to apply!
