Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership Award for Sophomores:
The Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership Award has been given
annually to a sophomore who has been an outstanding leader at school and in the
community. This award is based upon
sturdy academic achievement, and even more importantly, good citizenship. One outstanding sophomore from North Oconee
will be recognized as the Hugh O'Brian Award winner this year. This could be you! Applications are available in the counseling
office or by clicking on the link below, and are due by October 21st, 2016. The winner will have the chance to go to the
Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership Conference this coming June 17 thru 19, 2017 at Georgia
College and State University, Milledgeville, GA. The cost of this conference is not part of
the award. Any sophomore who is not
selected for this award is still eligible and encouraged to attend this
