Please read the attached form for Scholarship Reporting. We like to report at Honors Night how much money our students have received from different scholarships. We also would like to honor your student at Honors Night if they accept a scholarship from an institution. This form is due to the counseling office by April 26, 2019 (Friday). You can print out the attached form, fill it out and just send it in with your student!
