Emmanuel College on February 15th

Socorro Ruiz from Emmanuel College will be at NOHS on February 15th during Titan Time.  Franklin Springs, Georgia is the home of Emmanuel College.  The small, private, Christian, liberal arts college has an average enrollment of 700 to 800 students.
