Working with high school students is an amazing experience. They are witty, engaging, sarcastic, motivated, and eager to see what the world holds. As the season of prom, finals, AP exams, and End of Course tests roll around, you may find your teenager feeling overwhelmed. We have all been there and had those feelings when things begin to pile up or emotions are high. The article below does a great job of providing us with tools that can help our students learn from those feelings/experiences and create resilience as a result of the experience.
